Mary Heskin, Managing Director

Mary is the founder of PPL Partners and with more than 25 years of experience leading strategic change and transformation programmes of varying scale and duration for clients.

Having worked with business solutions teams throughout her career, she excelled in IT development & design, IT applications delivery management, programme management and transformation consulting roles. These positions are where her strong relationship, business and technical skills came to the fore in leading stakeholders and teams alike to achieve the desired results.

Mary has developed a strong appreciation of the business issues and commercial realities surrounding IT and business transformation programmes for businesses in the insurance and investment sectors.

Her priority has been to deliver value to clients by providing them with first-rate leadership, guidance, management expertise and support. All whilst they face the competitive forces emerging from digitisation and disruptive innovations, cyber-threats and ever increasing regulatory/standards led requirements.

Ian has over 25 years experience within the Financial Services sector, including 12 years experience in senior IT and project management roles.

He has a proven track record in the areas of management and delivery of IT and business change projects within the financial services sector. As a result, Ian has extensive experience of the full software development life cycle – from initial scoping to deployment and across technology groups including data solutions, digital technologies, administration platforms, information security and accounting platforms.

With an in-depth knowledge of Life and Pensions Products, Aideen is a leader in business transformation with a clear focus on operational efficiencies, digital transformation, service delivery and client management, compliance and employee engagement.

John Keegan
Project Manager

John is a senior business consultant with over 15 years’ experience in business development, senior consulting, project management, and financial control in the financial services industry.

He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and holds a BSc in Project Management. He has a strong skill set in programme management, process transformation and change management. John has a deep understanding of L&P products and operations with subject matter and specialist expertise in a broad range of areas across unit linked, protection, with-profits and unitised with profits product types.

Noreen is a senior business change manager with more than 20 years experience in the financial services sector.

She has extensive experience in project/program management roles delivering complex, process & business change to business as usual operations to insurance and other financial services organisations. With her strong interpersonal skills, Noreen is highly effective at managing internal and external stakeholders, negotiating competing needs and priorities across all levels of the organisation.

Having started his career working in financial services, Neil has worked extensively in business analysis roles for the last 8 years. During this time he has developed an in-depth knowledge of life assurance and pension products in both domestic and international markets.
